WALCHEM CONTROLLERS – W600 SERIES
Walchem controllers, more specifically the W600 models have more standard features than any competitive controller currently available on the market with a very low price point. Each controller has the capability to use up to 4 input sensors, 2 analog outputs, 6 relays and 6 digital inputs we can integrate with any type of pump or process instrument. Each unit has thousands of control algorithms built in with modes from simple on/off control to intermediate sampling and proportional set point control like larger, more expensive PLC based systems. The large touch screen display is intuitive and the controller is extremely simple to navigate and program. On screen graphing allows the user to review history or export the data to other devices. In addition the Walchem controller has an optional Ethernet card allowing the user to connect it to a network, cell modem, Modbus or other similar devices providing them with the ability to integrate it with larger systems. Walchem is constantly adding more features sending out software updates that can be downloaded to a USB and uploaded to the controller in the field.
